EverHue helps you scan, restore, and colorize old family photos. We process photos only to provide the features you request. We do not store your photos after processing is complete.

• Basic app and website analytics, such as device type, pages viewed, and feature usage.
• Technical information needed to keep the app secure, reliable, and working correctly.

How we use information

• To provide photo scanning, restoration, colorization, and related app features.
• To return processed results to you, process purchases, and provide support.
• To improve EverHue and fix bugs.
• To protect the app from abuse, fraud, or security issues.

Your photos

Your photos remain yours. We use photos you submit only to process the EverHue features you request. We do not store your original photos or processed photos on our servers after processing is complete. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use your photos to train AI models unless we clearly ask for your permission first.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run EverHue, such as hosting, analytics, payment, support, and photo-processing providers. These providers are allowed to use the information only to provide services for EverHue.

Storage and deletion

We do not store photos after processing is complete. Other information, such as support messages, purchase records, analytics, and technical logs, is kept only as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or improve the service. You can request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children

EverHue is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update the date on this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
